Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 years over; 2. The subject has no history of organ disease and drug allergy, no history of drug abuse, smoking or alcoholism; 3. Physical examination, laboratory examination, 12-lead electrocardiogram and vital signs examination were judged as healthy subjects by the researcher; 4. No prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, or proprietary Chinese medicines were used 2 weeks before the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking, alcohol abuse, excessive drinking of strong tea, coffee and caffeinated beverages during the 6 months before screening and during the trial; 2. History of prescription drug abuse and illegal drugs abuse within the 6 months before screening; 3. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials; 4. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
