Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Diagnosed or evaluated by a professional doctor with mental disorders, and the current symptoms are relatively mild; 3. The condition is stable and the individual has the ability to participate in group activities; 4. Has given informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having obvious intellectual disability or severely impaired cognitive function; 2. Experiencing severe language expression or comprehension difficulties, unable to communicate effectively; 3. Having severe physical functional limitations (such as severe hearing or vision impairments)
