Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants of any age and sex. 2.Patients who underwent primary hip or knee arthroplasty at West China Hospital, Sichuan University, between January 2008 and April 2025.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent multiple joint arthroplasties during the same operative episode. 2.Patients with incomplete preoperative or postoperative clinical data. 3. Patients who died within 1 month after surgery from causes unrelated to postoperative complications. 4. Patients participating in another interventional clinical study. 5. Other circumstances considered unsuitable for inclusion by the study team.
