Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and older, regardless of gender; 2. No known history of cardiovascular diseases (such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, peripheral arterial disease); 3. No hospitalization for severe illnesses in the past six months; 4. Capable of wearing a 72-hour Holter monitor and completing 12-month follow-up; 5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter or persistent arrhythmias; 2. With implanted pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD); 3. Moderate to severe valvular heart disease or cardiomyopathy (LVEF < 50%); 4. Chronic renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m²); 5. Uncontrolled thyroid dysfunction; 6. Lactating women; 7. Receiving antiarrhythmic drug therapy at enrollment; 8. Severe skin diseases or allergy to electrode patches that prevents wearing the ambulatory electrocardiography recorder; 9. Life expectancy less than 1 year; 10. Any other conditions deemed inappropriate for participation by the investigators.
