Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients meeting either of the following conditions: (1) Patients clinically and radiologically diagnosed with femoral neck fracture and scheduled to undergo hemiarthroplasty or total hip arthroplasty; (2) Patients clinically and radiologically diagnosed with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture and scheduled to undergo spinal surgery; 2.Surgically discarded femoral head, femoral neck bone tissue, vertebral cancellous bone, or bone marrow-like tissue that is no longer required for clinical diagnosis or treatment can be obtained during surgery; 3.Written informed consent is obtained from the patient or his/her legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fractures (e.g., bone metastasis, multiple myeloma); 2.History of malignant tumors or primary bone tumors; 3.Severe hematological diseases (e.g., leukemia, multiple myeloma); 4.Active infections, including osteoarticular or spinal infections; 5.Severe autoimmune diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis); 6.Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 7.Long-term use (within 6 months) of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, or drugs significantly affecting bone metabolism; 8.Uncontrolled endocrine disorders (e.g., thyroid/parathyroid diseases); 9.Other conditions deemed inappropriate for inclusion by the investigator, including insufficient sample quality for single-cell RNA sequencing.
