Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients met the CEAP classification criteria for chronic venous disease at stages C5–C6, with a Venous Clinical Severity Score (VCSS) >= 15, 2.Ankle–brachial index (ABI) between 0.8 and 1.3, to exclude significant arterial insufficiency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Active malignant tumors (including malignant tumors of the target ulcer site confirmed by biopsy), 2.Other types of lower extremity ulcers, 3.Patients who discharged themselves or withdrew from treatment during the study period.
