Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parents (mother or father) of very low birth weight (VLBW, =18 years and have the ability to communicate in Chinese; 4.Parents are first-time parents, or have had previous childbirth experiences but none of their children had been admitted to the NICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infants with severe congenital malformations or chromosomal disorders; 2.Parents with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment.
