Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery (such as mitral valve replacement, aortic valve replacement, etc.) who require mechanical ventilation postoperatively; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. No history of severe pulmonary arterial hypertension (pulmonary artery systolic pressure <= 50 mmHg), end-stage lung disease, or acute respiratory failure prior to surgery. 4. Patients who agree to participate in the trial and have signed an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients undergoing emergency surgery or requiring extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ecmo) support preoperatively; 2.patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, malignant tumor, or immunosuppressive status; 3.patients with severe intraoperative complications (e.g., massive hemorrhage, cardiac arrest);
