Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with high-risk thyroid nodules identified through clinical palpation and ultrasound examination, and confirmed by fine-needle aspiration biopsy to be scheduled for surgical treatment; Or patients who have been previously diagnosed with thyroid cancer through surgical pathology and are currently undergoing iodine-131 treatment due to imaging examinations or thyroglobulin suggesting recurrence. 2. Aged 18 or above, with a physical condition that can tolerate PET/CT examination and subsequent possible related operations,such as biopsy,surgery,etc. The patient's basic physiological indicators such as liver and kidney functions and blood routine are within a relatively normal range. 3. Has not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy for thyroid cancer; Or they have received the above-mentioned treatments, but it has been more than six months since the last treatment, and there are signs of recurrence and metastasis. 4. After fully understanding the research purpose, process and possible risks, the patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form and was willing to actively cooperate to complete various examinations, follow-ups and specimen collection, such as surgical specimens, biopsy specimens..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 2. Patients who, in addition to thyroid cancer, also have other primary malignant tumors. 3. Relevant anti-tumor treatment was received within 4 weeks before the PET/CT examination.
