Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The family has at least one child with ASD; the mother is currently pregnant, actively trying to conceive, or planning to become pregnant within the next year; and the parents or guardians are able to provide informed consent and cooperate with follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to provide informed consent; severe mental disorders that impair decision-making capacity; inability to complete necessary follow-up; or other circumstances in which the investigator deems the participant unsuitable for participation in this study.
