Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with esophageal cancer; 2. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological diseases or mental disorders; 2. Local anesthetic allergy; 3. Long-term use of anticoagulant drugs (such as aspirin, warfarin and heparin); 4. Currently taking medications that may affect sleep or immune function; 5. Other situations where researchers think it's not suitable to participate.
