Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. postoperative histopathological diagnosis of primary NSCLC, with nodal stage N0 and tumor diameter =5 cm (8th edition TNM staging); 3. no neoadjuvant therapy received before surgery; 4. no evidence of distant metastasis on preoperative imaging, including head CT, chest CT, abdominal CT, or PET-CT; 5. underwent curative resection and lymph node dissection; 6. complete clinical information, pathological data, and follow-up data with no missing values.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. incomplete tumor resection; 2. missing follow-up, clinical, imaging, or pathological data; 3. presence of lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 4. receipt of neoadjuvant therapy; 5. non-primary lung cancer; 6. histological types other than non-small cell lung cancer, adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS), minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA), or atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH); 7. pathological data not providing information on visceral pleural invasion.
