10 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with impacted maxillary teeth; 2. Patients with permanent maxillary dentition; 3. Patients aged between 10 and 40 years; 4. Patients undergoing extraction surgery guided by a dynamic navigation system; 5. Patients with preoperative CBCT, preoperative design, and postoperative accuracy data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases that cannot tolerate routine outpatient tooth extraction surgery; 2. Local lesions in the surgical area, such as periapical lesions and cystic lesions, requiring simultaneous treatment of other lesions during tooth extraction; 3. Long-term use of drugs that affect bone regeneration, such as corticosteroids and bisphosphonates, or a history of head and neck radiotherapy; 4. Missing teeth or loose teeth around the affected tooth, making it impossible to place a retention device.
