Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Those with a history of childbirth; 2.Those with type I or type II muscle fiber strength less than grade V as detected by instruments, or accompanied by symptoms such as urinary incontinence and pelvic pain; 3.Those aged between 20 and 45 years; 4.Those without severe physical pain; 5.Those capable of self-mobility.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with mental or cognitive disorders who are unable to communicate; 2.Those with severe postpartum complications, such as postpartum hemorrhage or severe infection; 3. Those who have recently given birth and experienced perineal laceration of grade III or above during the process; 4.Those with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or tumors; 5.Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
