Weight management for mental patients

Interventions

Group A:Semaglutide (subcutaneously injected once a week, with a dose titrated from 0.25mg to 1.7mg per week) + regular diet and exercise intervention.
Group B:Orlistat (120 mg each time, taken three times a day with meals) + regular diet and exercise intervention.
Group C:Conventional diet and exercise intervention (control group). Diet: A nutritionist customizes a low-calorie diet (with a daily deficit of 500kcal)
Exercise: 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise daily (such as walking, resistance training)

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-65; Inpatients in the psychiatry department (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression); Have taken antipsychotic drugs for at least 3 months; BMI>=27 kg/m^2 and combined with obesity-related diseases, or BMI>=30kg/m^²; Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe physical illness combined with liver, kidney and brain dysfunction; Severe metabolic disorder; Having used weight-loss drugs or undergone surgery within 90 days; History of acute and chronic pancreatitis; History of medullary thyroid carcinoma Currently participating in other weight loss trials; Eating disorders; History of pregnancy, lactation and drug allergy; Type 1 diabetes
