Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18-65 years; 2. Able to understand the research purpose and cooperate with researchers to complete experimental tasks; 3. Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sleep-related diseases: severe sleep disorders, sleep apnea syndrome, restless leg syndrome, etc.. 2. Medical-related factors: cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, psychiatric disorders, neurological diseases, patients with history of major infectious diseases (such as AIDS, syphilis, etc.). 3. Medication use: currently using psychiatric drugs, sleeping pills or other medications that affect sleep. 4. Lifestyle factors: recent trans-time zone travel history, shift workers, individuals with extremely irregular sleep schedules. 5. Technical-related factors: subjects who are uncomfortable with experimental environment or experimental procedures. 6. Patients with severe somatic diseases or neuropsychiatric disorders unrelated to the research purpose, including but not limited to: psychiatric disorders, malignant tumors, infectious diseases, brain structural abnormalities, epilepsy, etc.. 7. Others: pregnant women, lactating women, individuals who recently participated in other sleep studies.
