Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for STEMI (chest pain lasting >=30 minutes, ST-segment elevation >=0.1 mV in corresponding leads on ECG, and elevated troponin levels); 2.Aged 18–85 years; 3.Scheduled to undergo emergency PCI, with a palpable distal radial artery pulse confirmed during pre-procedure assessment; 4.Provided signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of radial artery puncture or radial artery occlusion; 2.Absence of palpable distal or proximal radial artery pulse; 3.Presence of skin ulceration, infection, or scarring at the puncture site; non-removable objects such as bracelets on the wrist; or significant peripheral vascular disease (e.g., peripheral artery stenosis >50%); 4.Cardiogenic shock, hemodynamic instability, or significant anatomical deformity of the wrist/hand.
