Sevoflurane:Intraoperative Anesthetic Maintenance: Sevoflurane 0.9-1.1 MAC.
Remimazolam:Intraoperative Anesthetic Maintenance: Remimazolam 0.6-1.2 mg/kg/h.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled for laparoscopic gynecologic oncology surgery between October 2023 and December 2025; 2. ASA physical status I-II; 3. Age 18-60 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases such as coronary heart disease or COPD; 2. Patients with prior cerebral infarction, other brain disorders, or history of brain surgery; 3. Patients with a history of motion sickness; 4. Patients with prior psychiatric disorders; 5. Patients with a history of allergy to propofol or benzodiazepines.
