Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–30 years old; 2. Active table tennis or tennis athletes with the athletic level of national level or university (provincial team); 3. Engaged in regular training for at least 3 times per week and with more than 2 years of sports experience; 4. In good health and free from any chronic diseases that may affect exercise training; 5. Not receiving other nutritional interventions or taking any antioxidant supplements; 6. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney or other systemic diseases, or with exercise contraindications; 2. Allergic to apples or capsule ingredients; 3. Have used anti-inflammatory or antioxidant drugs/supplements within the recent 1 month; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Have participated in other intervention trials within the recent 1 month; 6. Smokers or alcohol abusers; 7. And those who are unsuitable to participate in this trial for other reasons.
