Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent form with signature and date 2. Commit to comply with the research procedures and cooperate throughout the entire research process 3. Children aged 3–14 years 4. Children with central precocious puberty who meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2022 consensus on diagnosis and treatment of central precocious puberty, and normal children
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other cases of precocious puberty that do not meet the diagnostic criteria for central precocious puberty as defined in the 2022 consensus on diagnosis and treatment of precocious puberty; 2.those whose blood sample is not collected within 6:00 - 8:00 am. 3.Excluding children with precocious puberty, obesity, anorexia nervosa, those who have taken weight-loss medications or estrogen drugs, those who have taken medications for thyroid diseases, those with a history of related surgeries for weight loss, those with a history of tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy, those with autism, sleep disorders, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, those who have undergone anesthesia and surgery, etc.
