Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for primary knee osteoarthritis, the first unilateral total knee arthroplasty is planned to be performed or has already been performed; 2. Age 50 to 80 years old; 3. Clear consciousness and able to cooperate with rehabilitation training and assessment; 4. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of surgery on the same side of the knee joint; 2. Inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis; 3. Severe osteoporosis (T value 35 kg/m^2; 8. Cognitive impairment or poor compliance, unable to cooperate with training; 9. Bilateral replacement or revision surgery; 10. Malignant tumors, pregnancy and other influencing factors.
