18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years <= age <= 50 years; 2. Positive for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) or HBV DNA; 3. Voluntarily enrolled in the study and signed the informed consent form; 4. Registered for prenatal care in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital, underwent regular antenatal check-ups, and gave birth in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-infection with hepatitis C virus, hepatitis D virus, human immunodeficiency virus, Epstein-Barr virus, human herpesvirus type 4, cytomegalovirus, or herpes simplex virus; 2. Other liver diseases besides hepatitis B, such as drug-induced hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis, Wilson’s disease, or other confirmed types of hepatitis; 3. Other malignant tumors except hepatitis B-related hepatocellular carcinoma; 4. History of drug abuse or alcohol abuse.
