Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form. 2. No age limit. 3. Gender is not limited. From April to April 2024, the patient was treated at the Zengcheng Campus of Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University. Clinically diagnosed as a confirmed patient with deep fungal infection, the patient did not come to the hospital for treatment in the later stage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The remaining specimen volume is insufficient to complete the testing.
