18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chinese aged 18–70 years; 2.Capable of providing signed informed consent; 3.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for peripheral vestibular dysfunction, central vestibular lesions caused by neurodegenerative diseases or post-stroke conditions, or migraine-related vestibular symptoms; 4.Exclusion of acute organic central nervous system diseases; 5.No changes (in type or dosage) to medications for vestibular dysfunction during the study period, with allowance for the use of anti-vertigo or analgesic medications during acute episodes;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of clinically unstable psychiatric disorders; 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3.Use of hearing aids or cochlear implants, or ear surgery within the past 6 months; 4.Serious medical conditions; 5.History of epilepsy/severe head injury/neurosurgical procedures;
