Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with first-time diagnosis of rosacea in the Department of Dermatology of our hospital, meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Rosacea (2021 Edition); 2.Patients comorbid with migraine diagnosed in the Department of Neurology of our hospital, complying with the International Classification of Headache Disorders-3 (ICHD-3) criteria issued by the International Headache Society (IHS); 3.Continuous residence in Xuzhou for 1 year prior to diagnosis with complete environmental exposure data; 4.Complete medical records including clinical assessments, dermoscopic examinations and laboratory findings; 5.Aged 18–65 years, with no restriction on gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Coexistence with other facial inflammatory dermatoses (e.g., acne, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, lupus erythematosus); 2.Presence of primary or secondary headaches other than migraine; 3.Receipt of facial botulinum toxin injection, photoelectric therapy, or systemic administration of retinoids and glucocorticoids within 6 months before diagnosis; 4.Complicated with severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, hematological, autoimmune or psychiatric disorders; 5.Pregnant or lactating females; 6.Patients with irreparable missing key information in medical records.
