Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Prospective group: (1) Patients with clinically diagnosed hemoptysis who received bronchial artery embolization (BAE) for hemoptysis; (2) Aged >= 18 years; (3) Voluntarily signed the informed consent form. 2.Retrospective group: (1) Patients with clinically diagnosed hemoptysis who received bronchial artery embolization (BAE) for hemoptysis; (2) Patients with complete clinical medical records; (3) The cause of hemoptysis was determined by the treating physician based on the patient's clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, and imaging data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prospective group: (1) A history of severe allergy to iodine contrast agents; (2) Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR = 35. 2.Retrospective group: (1) Lost to follow-up (refused interview or failed to provide contact information); (2) Missing key data in medical records (e.g., unclear amount of hemoptysis or undefined diagnosis of underlying diseases).
