Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.National first-class taekwondo athlete; 2.Systematic training >=2 years; 3.Good health without related diseases; 4.No use of dietary supplements or antioxidants in the past 4 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Engaged in strenuous exercise within 48 hours of the test; 2. Use of dietary supplements or antioxidants within the past 4 weeks; 3. A history of severe sports injuries, musculoskeletal pain or functional impairment within the past 3 months that has affected normal training, testing or the performance of movements; 4. Allergy or intolerance to a-ketoglutaric acid, hydrogen-rich water or related intervention components; 5. Failure to complete the test.
