Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized due to AECOPD and have met discharge criteria after treatment (as determined by the attending physician); 2.Age >= 40 years; 3.Agree to wear the monitoring device overnight (>= 6 hours) within 24 hours prior to discharge; 4.Able to cooperate with telephone follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring nocturnal non-invasive ventilation; 2.Severe heart failure or acute coronary syndrome; 3.Disorders of consciousness severe dementia or psychiatric illness that preclude cooperation with monitoring; 4.Previously diagnosed with severe OSAHS with AHI greater than thirty without stable treatment; 5.Unable to complete telephone follow up;
