35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 25-80 years; 2. good cognitive function (Montreal Cognitive Assessment [MoCA] >= 26); 3. the Upper Extremity Fugl-Meyer score(UEFM) = Grade 2, capable of maintaining a sitting position for >= 30 minutes; 5. provision of written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. intracranial or orbital metal implants, pacemakers, or other contraindications to tDCS; 2. history of epileptic seizures; 3. use of antidepressants, anxiolytics, or other neuroactive medications; 4. severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or other systemic complications; 5. poor compliance or inability to cooperate.
