Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male college students aged 18–25 years who are generally healthy. 2.Able to perform basic physical activities, with no obvious exercise contraindications, and able to participate in the 12-week football exercise intervention. 3.Able to complete stool sample collection, the prisoner’s dilemma task, and fNIRS-based brain function measurement. 4.No use of antibiotics or probiotics within the past month. 5.Voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with severe gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, major mental illnesses; or other subjects considered by the researchers as unfit to participate in this study.
