Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18~80 years old; 2. ASA I~III ; 3. Patients scheduled for elective abdominal surgery (laparotomy or laparoscopic) requiring radial artery puncture;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients who cannot wear non-invasive wearable measurement devices (such as local skin damage, infection); 3. Patients who cannot accept transnasopharyngeal temperature measurement (such as nasal septum deviation, nasopharyngeal stenosis, etc.); 4. Patients with large differences in core and peripheral body temperature and blood perfusion (thyroid dysfunction, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, severe anemia, Raynaud syndrome, peripheral vascular disease, etc.); 5. Patients with contraindications for radial artery puncture (such as positive Allen test, etc.); 6. Operation time <= 2 hours; 7. Patients who refuse to participate in the study;
