8 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intermittent exotropia group 1. Age 8 to 17 years. 2. Diagnosed with intermittent exotropia, with standard ocular deviation present for at least 6 months. 3. No corticosteroid use within the past 6 months. 4. Written informed consent provided by the family members and assent/consent provided by the child, with voluntary participation in the questionnaire survey. 5. Able to attend regular follow-up visits. Normal control group 1. Age 8 to 17 years. 2. No diagnosis of any form of ocular misalignment or other ocular disease, with normal visual function. 3. No corticosteroid use within the past 6 months. 4. Written informed consent provided by the family members and assent/consent provided by the child, with voluntary participation in the questionnaire survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intermittent exotropia group 1. Acute or chronic ocular diseases that may affect the reliability of the study. 2. Other severe systemic diseases, or severe intellectual or cognitive impairment. 3. Inability to cooperate with the survey or failure to complete the test. Normal control group 1.
