18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-III; 3. Scheduled for elective surgery requiring endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous facial or cervical spine surgery; 2. Facial or neck trauma or anatomical abnormalities that may interfere with the assessment of anatomical landmarks; 3. Inability to cooperate with the head extension maneuver; 4. Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
