Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Resident physicians enrolled in the standardized anesthesiology residency training program at our hospital, who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 2.Completion of basic theoretical training in airway management and possession of fundamental knowledge of tracheal intubation; 3.No previous systematic VR-based airway anatomy teaching or specialized training in difficult airway intubation; 4.Ability to cooperate with teaching, mannequin-based practice, and related assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who have previously received systematic training in difficult airway management or have relatively extensive experience in difficult airway intubation; 2.Those with severe vertigo, epilepsy, vestibular dysfunction, obvious visual or hearing impairment, or other conditions unsuitable for VR training; 3.Those with hand motor dysfunction, recent upper limb injury, or other conditions affecting intubation performance; 4.Those unable to complete the training or assessment for personal reasons; and those deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigators.
