Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 60 years old; 2.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 3.Can cooperate with the investigators to complete the questionnaire survey and physical tests. 4. Elderly people who have rural household registration and live in the countryside year-round;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia and severe cognitive impairment; 2.Severe visual, auditory or language communication disorders preventing the completion of the survey; 3.Severe mental illness; 4.Lost to follow-up.
