Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group A (Ischemic Stroke Group) :It is expected to include 50 cases. 1.Aged 25-90 years old; 2.The first onset of acute ischemic stroke, with an onset time of 3 to 14 days;3.MRI confirmed the presence of acute infarction foci consistent with clinical symptoms;4. The NIHSS score ranges from 5 to 20. Group B (Cerebral Small Vessel Disease Group) : It is expected to include 50 cases.1.Aged 25 to 90 years old; 2.Imaging manifestations of cerebral small vessel disease that meet the STRIVE criteria; 3.Have corresponding clinical symptoms (such as abnormal gait, cognitive decline, etc.); 4.The Fazekas scale score is >=2 points (white matter hypersignal). Group C (Healthy control group, HC) : It is expected to include 50 cases.1.Age and gender matched with the patient group; 2.No history of neurological diseases; 3.Conventional MRI examination showed no obvious abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Group A (Ischemic Stroke Group) : 1.There is a history of stroke or severe craniocerebral trauma;2. There are contraindications for MRI (such as pacemakers, claustrophobia, etc.); 3.Combined with other neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.); 4.Severe systemic diseases; 5.Received endovascular treatment (stent/thrombectomy) or craniocerebral surgery in the past 3 months.
