18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 60 years old; 2. BMI >= 28 kg/m^2; 3. ASA classification <= Grade III; 4. Scheduled for elective painless endoscopic examination and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coagulopathy; 2.Cardiovascular diseases: heart failure, unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, or malignant arrhythmias; 3.Pulmonary conditions: acute asthma exacerbation, acute exacerbation of COPD, pneumothorax, or active upper respiratory tract infection with fever; 4.Pregnancy or lactation; 5.Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 6.Elevated intracranial pressure, major psychiatric disorders, or inability to cooperate; 7.Emergency procedure; 8.Resting room-air SpO2 <95% at admission; 9.Deemed ineligible by investigators
