Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. Those with a surgical incision through the midline of the sternum; 3. Those with no language barriers in expression and communication; 4. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of allergies to alcohol, morphine, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or local anesthetics; 2. Those with a history of tumor metastasis, chronic chest and back pain, or long-term use of painkillers; 3. Those with severe complications, such as myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, etc.
