Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria set out in the ‘Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson’s Disease in China (2016 Edition)’; 2.Meets the Horng-Yahr staging criteria of stages 1.5–3; UPDRS score of 0–50; 3.Stable condition; 4.Age >= 50 years; no strict gender requirements; 5.History of regular use of anti-Parkinson’s medication with poor improvement in gait and balance; 6.Mild cognitive impairment: meeting the following criteria: a. Subjective memory impairment confirmed by the informant; b. Objective memory impairment, i.e., a score of 0.5 on the Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) scale and a score of >=0.5 on the memory subscale; c. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score > 20; 7.Completion of at least primary education, no communication difficulties, and the ability to respond independently; 8.The patient and their family understand the content of this study and the associated risk management, agree to participate, and have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurodegenerative diseases such as involuntary movements, Huntington’s disease, progressive supranuclear palsy, Lewy body dementia, multiple system atrophy, hepatolenticular degeneration, and corticobasal degeneration; 2.Secondary Parkinson’s syndrome caused by traumatic brain injury, intracranial masses, intracranial infections, intracranial tumours, poisoning, cerebrovascular disease, medication, metabolic disorders; 3.Essential tremor; 4.Concurrent severe pulmonary, hepatic, cardiac or renal disease, or neoplastic conditions; 5.History of epileptic seizures or recent intracranial haemorrhage of any cause; 6.Patients with severe cognitive impairment, mental disorders, or visual or hearing impairments that prevent them from cooperating with examinations or treatment; 7.Patients with implanted pacemakers or other metallic or magnetic devices; those with a history of adverse reactions to magnetic therapy; 8.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 9.Individuals who, for other reasons, are unable to complete this programme.
