3 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 3-18 who undergo hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the first time; 2. Use chemical/radiotherapy condition treatment and CAR-T treatment before transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are congenital diseases related to the function of the gonads 2. There are other related diseases that cause gonadal dysfunction ( primary/ secondary) 3. Death within 1 year after transplantation
