Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Residents who meet the national admission criteria for standardized residency training and have officially entered the department for training, aged 24 to 30 years, with no gender restrictions. 2. They had not received systematic training on ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block before department rotation and possessed no independent operative experience. 3. Participants shall complete all training sessions, practical operations and all assessments in full. 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Possess prior proficiency in ultrasound-guided nerve block procedures. 2.Those who drop out of training midway due to personal reasons, receive rotation adjustments, or take extended leave.
