18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 75 years; no gender restriction; 2.Newly diagnosed and untreated liver mass(whether benign or malignant) or hepatolithiasis, etc., and required liver resection; 3.Proposed open or laparoscopic hepatectomy with anticipated hepatic resection of >=3 segments(large hepatectomy) ; 4.Sufficient residual liver volume, with residual liver volume in cirrhotic patients accounting for more than 40% of standard liver volume, and in non-cirrhotic patients accounting for more than 30% of standard liver volume; 5.Good liver function and hepatic reserve: Child-Pugh grade A; ICGR 15 < 20%; 6.Good hematologic and major organ function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with hematologic disorders that adversely affect coagulation function; 2.Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, or suffering from autoimmune diseases; 3.Currently participating in another clinical study; 4.Other factors that may affect the study results or cause the study to be terminated prematurely, as judged by the investigator.
