Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic facial palsy; 2. Patients in the recovery stage, defined as 16 days to 3 months after disease onset; 3. Aged between 18 and 70 years old; 4. Facial palsy graded as mild to moderate-severe; 5. Voluntary participation in the study with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received other treatments, including glucocorticoids, antiviral drugs, surgery, etc. 2. Secondary facial palsy caused by trauma, tumors, infections (Lyme disease, herpes zoster, etc.); 3. Severe complications accompanied by severe cardiac, hepatic, renal diseases or other systemic disorders; 4. Medical history of severe neurological diseases, such as stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease; 5. Implanted metal devices (e.g., cardiac pacemaker), history of epilepsy, or intracranial hypertension; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
