Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >=60 years old; Diagnosed as having a stroke according to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023" and it is the first stroke; Vital signs are stable; Course of the disease: 2 weeks to 6 months after onset; The Berg Balance Scale score is 21 to 40 points, and the person can walk =10 meters with the assistance of family members or assistive devices. Brunnstrom stage of the lower extremities = stage IV (capable of performing active leg lifting and other actions); Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suffering from Parkinson's disease; There is cognitive impairment (Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale score 14 points; GAD score > 13 points). There is moderate to severe proprioceptive disorder (FMA-S score < 14 points).
