Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All subjects were diagnosed with distal radius fractures based on clinical imaging; 2.All subjects met the indications for closed reduction; 3.No gender restrictions; 4.Age 18–72 years; 5.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification grades I–III; 6.Both patients and their families provided informed consent and signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications to nerve blocks (such as infection at the puncture site or allergy to local anesthetics); 2.Pregnant women; 3.Patients who do not understand the procedure, are uncooperative, or have mental disorders; 4.Patients with peripheral neuropathy; 5.Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, or hepatic disease; 6. People who are currently taking anticoagulant medication.
