Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke specified in the 2019 Diagnostic Key Points for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI 2.Aged >=18 years old, no restriction on gender 3.Complete clinical data available, with accessible serum B-vitamin test results 4: d. The subject or their legal representative has signed informed consent and voluntarily participates in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent serious medical conditions (such as heart failure, respiratory failure, or severe hepatic or renal impairment); 2. Known malignant tumours; 3. Inability to cooperate with sampling and assessment; 4. Refusal to participate in this study.
