Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive episode as per ICD-10; 3. Has normal intelligence quotient and good comprehension ability, and is able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire; 4. Excludes bipolar disorder and other psychiatric histories; 5. The patient's medical records are complete; 6. The research subjects and their family members have given informed consent for this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Mental retardation or meeting the diagnostic criteria for "bipolar affective disorder" in ICD; 2.Severe craniocerebral diseases; 3.Abuse of psychoactive substances; 4.Other severe physical diseases whose effects are indistinguishable from those of mental illness; 5.Cognitive dysfunction or non-cooperation; 6.Malignant tumors, severe infections, or systemic immune system diseases; 7.Participation in other research studies concurrently.
