Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <=18 years old; 2. No cardiac-related symptoms or only benign functional murmurs; 3. Mild cardiac valvular regurgitation without hemodynamic impact (such as mild aortic or mitral regurgitation); 4. No congenital heart defects, history of Kawasaki disease (KD), myocardial diseases, chromosomal abnormalities or severe underlying diseases (such as malignant tumors, metabolic diseases, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart defects or history of cardiac surgery; 2. History of KD or coronary artery abnormalities; 3. Birth weight <1500g; 4. Other diseases that may affect the cardiovascular system (such as Marfan syndrome, Williams syndrome, etc.).
