Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Residential Training Doctor For Grades 1-3 In Our Hospital. 2. Those Who Have Passed Traditional Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Training Or Instant Training And Passed The Assessment. 3. Training Entire Process Is Recorded By Dual-Lens Camera.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Personnel Who Have Received Systematic Training On Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Intubation And Have Successfully Completed More Than 10 Times Of Bronchoscopy Guided Oral Endotracheal Intubation Independently. 2. Non-anesthesiology staff need to do rotations during the study period. 3. Some recordings are missing during the training.
