Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. PMS Inclusion Criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for PMS; (2) Regular menstrual cycle, cycle length 21-35 days; (3) Age between 18 and 45; (4) No concurrent medication or other clinically relevant treatments during the study. 2. HC Inclusion Criteria: (1) Do not meet the diagnostic criteria for PMS; (2) Regular menstrual cycle, cycle length 21-35 days; (3) Age between 18 and 45; (4) No concurrent medication or other clinically relevant treatments during the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. PMS exclusion criteria: people with other mental disorders or those dependent on drugs or alcohol; 2. Those with physical diseases, recent head trauma, serious infections, or surgeries; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Patients with irregular menstrual cycles; 5. Participants in other clinical drug studies; 6. People with a history of smoking; 7. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome or endometriosis.
